What do you need to quote my project?
Please send a STEP or IGES model, a dimensioned PDF drawing, the required alloy, order quantity and annual volume. Include critical tolerances, finishing, inspection and delivery requirements.
Do you supply molds as well as finished parts?
You can discuss a tooling-only project or a program covering mold design, casting, CNC machining and surface finishing. The included services and deliverables are confirmed in the quotation.
Which materials can I discuss with you?
Our project scope covers aluminum, zinc and magnesium die casting molds. Alloy and production-process suitability are reviewed for each component.
What are the lead time and minimum order quantity?
Tooling lead time and production quantities depend on part complexity, cavity count, material and finishing. Send your requirements so these can be confirmed with the project quotation.
Can you meet my drawing tolerances?
We review tolerances feature by feature and propose casting or machining operations accordingly. Critical dimensions and inspection methods are agreed before the order is released.
