Zinc Die Casting Molds
Detailed molds for compact hardware, lock components and decorative fittings.
Explore MoreBuild your aluminum casting project around the part, the alloy and the production plan. Our tooling workflow connects design review, cavity and core machining, cooling design and mold trials before release.
Share your drawings, material, finish and expected order quantity.
Aluminum die casting normally uses a cold-chamber process. Tooling decisions must account for filling behavior, thermal cycling, ejection and the machining datums of the finished component. The cavity count, steel specification and trial plan are confirmed for each project.
Product images illustrate the component or tooling category. Geometry, materials, dimensions and performance are defined by your approved project specification.
